Shipping

On business days, all orders placed before 16:00 are shipped the same day. Jewelry is sent via mailbox delivery, so you do not need to be at home.

Netherlands
Orders from €15 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. For orders under €15, a shipping fee of €1.95 applies.

Returns

Returns are possible within 14 days after receiving your package. Please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging. We only accept returns that are unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Rings must be placed flat in the box to prevent them from being crushed during shipping. Do not place rings upright in the slot, as this may cause them to be crushed in the post. Accessories must be packed very carefully to prevent breakage or damage during transit.

We can only process your return if we receive the following information:

1. Order number

2. Name

3. Request: refund or exchange? If exchanging, which size?

Returns without an order number and name cannot be traced and will therefore not be processed.

The cost and risk of returning items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending returns with track & trace. If a return does not reach us, we will ask you to provide proof of shipment.

Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund your money within 14 days. Products that are worn, damaged, or returned after the 14-day return period will be rejected by Wauw Fashion.
